This was one of my favourite hotel experiences over my 3 week travels and staying at multiple hotels as the team just made me feel so at home. They are my little family and I will truly miss them. They really went out of their way to ensure that our experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying with them. For any guidance , Alex and Kane have excellent communication skills and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to guide us on places to check out and things to do. The girls at the spa have magical hands- they just destressed mum and me with their fabulous facials and massages. The entire team is simply fabulous and the pool and lush greenery make it so peaceful and serene. I highly recommend staying here.
